Capital Partners, LP will be developing an exciting addition to Old Boise. The Building, to be named Fifth + Main, will be located on the southwest corner of 5^th and Main in the historic Old Boise.


Built to Gold LEED standards, the structure will include retail and residential lobby on the street level, two floors of office space and approximately 9 for sale condominiums on the top floor at varying price points. There will be approximately 40 parking spaces underground to compliment the residents and office tenants.The design reflects efforts to respect historic elements of the neighboring buildings while incorporating modern elements.
