The Capital City Development Corporation has selected one from a pool of six visions for their fantastic site at 8th and River in the Cultural District. We're excite to announce that the winning design is our favorite which includes residential condominiums and restaurant/retail. Local RMH Company has employed GGLO architecture from Seattle for the exceptional concept. We will keep you informed about the timelines for floor plans and pricing.
